Our Policies

This website is operated by Thirdwind Fuel LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Thirdwind Fuel LLC. By buying our bars you agree to the terms below.

Nutrition and ingredient information

We work to keep every ingredient list and Nutrition Facts panel accurate and current. Two things are worth knowing:

• Small batches, real ingredients. Our bars are made from whole-food ingredients in small batches, so values may vary slightly from batch to batch.
• Calculated figures. Panel values are calculated from ingredient data rather than a lab assay of every batch, and are rounded under FDA rules.

Allergens

• IGNITE contains almonds (tree nuts). It contains no dairy.
• REBUILD contains milk (whey protein isolate) and almonds (tree nuts). It also contains coconut oil.
• Both bars are produced in a facility that handles common allergens.

By buying, you confirm that you have read the ingredient list for the bar you ordered and understand the allergens it contains. If you have a severe allergy, email us before you order.

Freshness and storage

• Bars are best eaten within two months of the date you receive them.
• Store at room temperature, 10–30°C (50–85°F), out of direct sun.

Shipping and perishability

• Heat and cold. Our bars contain no artificial stabilizers. We are not responsible for bars left outdoors in extreme heat or cold for an extended period after delivery.
• Delivery. Once the carrier marks a package “Delivered”, responsibility for it passes to you. Please use an address where the package can be brought inside promptly.
• Where we ship. United States only. Standard shipping is free on orders of $39.99 or more; below that, live UPS rates are shown at checkout. Local pickup in Lake Bluff, Illinois is free.

Returns and refunds

• All sales are final. Because these are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
• If something arrives wrong. If your order arrives damaged, melted or spoiled, email thirdwindfuel@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it.
• Cancelling. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us as soon as you can.

Pricing and availability

Bars are made in small batches, so an item can sell out between batches. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
